I'm using this theme on WP 2.3.2. and it appears the sidebar widgets are not working.

Any thoughts?

I also love this theme. I'm very new to Wordpress and using this on a USB stick as a personal knowledge base of sorts, to track my activites at work. Anyhow, in addition to giving some well-deserved praise and my gratitude, could I also request some color options? Blue would be great. Is there an easy way for to figure out where all the color and image references are, maybe I could take a shot myself? Anyhow, thanks again, love it!

Hi Robbie , first am sorry for late answer ..i was very busy lately
actually my dilemma with this design is that i wanted a fluid design with rounded corners , and the most used rounded corners techniques was depending on fixed width ...i found a technique at this <a href="http://www.456bereastreet.com/archive/200406/flexible_box_with_custom_corners_and_borders/" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">blog</a>
which i consider it terrific it depends on using 2 images , one is a very wide image to fix all probable widths and the other is for borders of the box called "border.gif"...

the sidebar has fixed width and is working well with the rounded technique , the content bar is the one that has 100 % width so it expands to make the fluid shape but at same time it has minimum width and having right margin so it keeps the sidebar on its right i didn't use float to put them .

i like your interest in learning and hope you all the best..if you have any questions please ask i would be glad to discuss ;)

FTM - I have a question for you. I am working on a custom site and trying to get better at CSS design. What is the general strategy you used with this template?

I have always been old school and used tables to give structure to my layout. I would then use CSS to add in the details.

I have been experimenting with using absolute positioning with CSS to control the layout and have had mixed results.

I would appreciate the chance to discuss things with you as I really love how this theme works. Specifically, I like that it has a minimum fixed width, but will expand to a much wider width for higher resolutions. Also the fact that the sidebar will stay 1 size no matter what. These are concepts I hope to be able to accomplish.

Thanks again, your talents are much greater than mine!

I have really enjoyed the theme. I haven't found any problems with it. I have had to work to ensure all the plugins I use show up, but that happens with any new theme.

For your information, I initially started using your theme on a blog that still used Wordpress version 2.0. This worked as well. I think there were a couple function names I had to change back to the old names, but aside from that, it was compatible with your theme. I recently upgraded to Wordpress 2.2 on that blog and the theme still works great.

I just looked over the site. The only issue I can remember is when I installed the 'Event Calendar' plugin. (version 3.1) It just so happened that a couple of the CSS classes that were used caused the month name to be the same color as the background. I was able to edit the CSS sheet of the plugin to overcome the problem though.

Like I said, I have had great success with your theme and have enjoyed it since I installed it. I really think that you took your time and ensured that there were not small problems with the theme. I have had visitors with all different browsers and even some on mobile devices, and everyone has enjoyed the theme. Thanks again!
